  • TESTIMONIALS | ASPIRE

TESTIMONIALS “Aspire gave me the tools to make me a better practitioner. I actually had a patient that came into the clinic that I was seeing for the day, he was another therapist’s patient and he had multiple rounds of physical therapy in the nearly full year that he had been working through a work injury, with multiple specialists seen, and it was the strategies and education that I learned through Aspire’s COMT program that helped me actually find the underying cause for this patient and it was the first time in almost that full year that he was able to achieve a painfree moment in time that we were then able to build on.” -Yifan I’m just starting my DSc through the Andrews University and Aspire Program. I’ve taken COMT-1 through COMT-4 which I’ve highly enjoyed. The instructors have been amazing! Dr. Coolman is very passionate about what she does and she’s highly knowledgable. The material presented, even for a seasoned manual therapist is very enlightening. I feel that this program will benefit me in both the academic side and certainly on the clinical side. The material being covered is very applicable to a wide range of patient populations, and anyone from a novice therapist to an experience therapist could certainly benefit from the courses. It’s been my absolute pleasure to attend and I look forward to finishing the rest of the courses in pursuit of my COMT and SMT and eventually the DSc. -Kevin O’Brien, DPT, PT, University of North Dakota Faculty “I just graduated from DPT school, so I’m just trying to make my skills better and become a better physical therapist. Aspire courses are a wonderful resource and pathway to get there. If you are passionate about what you do, and want to be a practitioner at another level I highly recommend it!” -Yifan “Sara is very patient, encouraging and helpful. She is perfect for both the advanced, as well as those of us who have been out of school for many years!” -Stacie Chambliss “I’m very grateful to be able to be a part of Aspire and come and learn more. I’m out 1 year from school, I’m grateful to be able to come and learn more and be pushed to better be able to treat my patients.” -Loren "I'm a part of the DScPT program at Andrews University taking Aspire courses as well. My employer is a University and it requires three tiers clinical research, practice in the clinic, and education. I find that this DSc program really helped me combine some of that: research, manual therapy techniques, leadership, education, creating more information for me to take back to my employer and to be a more well rounded person in terms of academia and treating patients altogether. I’m about a year into it and it’s going quite well. I’ve learned alot manually and with clinical research, alot of things have applied directly to my current position. -Tom

WITHOUT LIMITING ANY OTHER PROVISION OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION AND WITHOUT NOTICE OR LIABILITY, DENY ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SITE (INCLUDING BLOCKING CERTAIN IP ADDRESSES), TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY REASON OR FOR NO REASON, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION FOR BREACH OF ANY REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY, OR COVENANT CONTAINED IN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OR OF ANY APPLICABLE LAW OR REGULATION. WE MAY TERMINATE YOUR USE OR PARTICIPATION IN THE SITE OR DELETE [YOUR ACCOUNT AND] ANY CONTENT OR INFORMATION THAT YOU POSTED AT ANY TIME, WITHOUT WARNING, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION. If we terminate or suspend your account for any reason, you are prohibited from registering and creating a new account under your name, a fake or borrowed name, or the name of any third party, even if you may be acting on behalf of the third party. DISPUTE RESOLUTION: To expedite resolution and control the cost of any dispute, controversy, or claim related to these Terms and Conditions (each a "Dispute" and collectively, the “Disputes”) brought by either you or us (individually, a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”), the Parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any Dispute (except those Disputes expressly provided below) informally for at least ___30___ days before initiating arbitration. Such informal negotiations commence upon written notice from one Party to the other Party. Binding Arbitration: If the Parties are unable to resolve a Dispute through informal negotiations, the Dispute (except those Disputes expressly excluded below) will be finally and exclusively resolved by binding arbitration. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT WITHOUT THIS PROVISION, YOU WOULD HAVE THE RIGHT TO SUE IN COURT AND HAVE A JURY TRIAL. The arbitration shall be commenced and conducted under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") and, where appropriate, the AAA’s Supplementary Procedures for Consumer Related Disputes ("AAA Consumer Rules"), both of which are available at the AAA website www.adr.org . Except where otherwise required by the applicable AAA rules or applicable law, the arbitration will take place in [name of county] County, [name of state]. Except as otherwise provided herein, the Parties may litigate in court to compel arbitration, stay proceedings pending arbitration, or to confirm, modify, vacate, or enter judgment on the award entered by the arbitrator. If for any reason, a Dispute proceeds in court rather than arbitration, the Dispute shall be commenced or prosecuted in the state and federal courts located in [name of county] County, [name of state], and the Parties hereby consent to, and waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction, and forum non convenience with respect to venue and jurisdiction in such state and federal courts. In no event shall any Dispute brought by either Party related in any way to the Site be commenced more than ___2__ years after the cause of action arose. Restrictions: The Parties agree that any arbitration shall be limited to the Dispute between the Parties individually. To the full extent permitted by law, (a) no arbitration shall be joined with any other proceeding; (b) there is no right or authority for any Dispute to be arbitrated on a class-action basis or to utilize class action procedures; and (c) there is no right or authority for any Dispute to be brought in a purported representative capacity on behalf of the general public or any other persons. Exceptions to Informal Negotiations and Arbitration: The Parties agree that the following Disputes are not subject to the above provisions concerning [informal negotiations and] binding arbitration: (a) any Disputes seeking to enforce or protect, or concerning the validity of, any of the intellectual property rights of a Party; (b) any Dispute related to, or arising from, allegations of theft, piracy, invasion of privacy, or unauthorized use; and (c) any claim for injunctive relief. If this provision is found to be illegal or unenforceable, then neither Party will elect to arbitrate any Dispute falling within that portion of this provision found to be illegal or unenforceable and such Dispute shall be decided by a court of competent jurisdiction within the courts listed for jurisdiction above, and the Parties agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of that court.
